Who this covers

This Limited Warranty is offered by Dataset ("Dataset," "we") to the original purchaser of products bought from feeldataset.com (the "Site"). It is not transferable. Products bought from unauthorized resellers, marketplaces, or second-hand sellers are not covered.

What is covered

We warrant that products purchased from the Site will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 90 days from the delivery date.

Covered defects include:

• Hardware that does not work as received, such as zippers that do not close or snaps that were never set
• Open seams, unfinished hems, or panels that were never attached
• Prints or embroidery that peel, crack, or detach after washing as the care label instructs
• Measurements materially outside the published size chart
• Vinyl or other physical media that arrive cracked, damaged, or with a pressing defect

What is not covered

• Normal wear and tear, including fading, pilling, and softening over time
• Damage from abrasion, stage use, equipment, bags, bleach, solvents, irons, or drying against the care label
• Alterations of any kind, including tailoring, cutting, dyeing, or added prints
• Fit preference, on-screen color differences, or natural variation in pigment-dyed, washed, or discharge-printed garments
• Stains, odors, or damage from makeup, deodorant, smoke, or pets
• Loss, theft, or damage after the carrier marks the package delivered
• Products we did not manufacture

Hats, socks, stickers, patches, and pins are covered only for defects present at delivery or for receiving the wrong item.

Care

Follow the care label. Damage caused by washing, drying, or care that goes against the care label is not covered.

Warranty and returns

Our 30-day Refunds & Returns Policy covers change of mind on eligible items in new condition. This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects. You can open a warranty claim at any point during the 90-day period, even after the return window has closed, as long as you have proof of purchase.

How to make a claim

Email info@feeldataset.com with:

• Order number and purchase email
• Product name, size, and color
• A short description of the defect
• Clear photos, plus a short video for zipper or seam issues
• If the issue appeared after washing, a photo of the care label and a note on how it was washed

Do not send the product until we confirm the claim. Unapproved returns may be refused.

If we approve the claim, we will, at our option, repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable item, or refund the purchase price. If the item is no longer available, we will offer a comparable item or a refund. For approved claims, we cover the cost of shipping the product to us and shipping any repair or replacement back to you.

Implied warranties and limits

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE 90-DAY DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Our total liability for any product will not exceed the amount you paid for it. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Your rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or country. Nothing on this page limits any statutory rights you have where you live, including the legal guarantee of conformity under EU law and consumer protections under Japanese law.
